We divide the Personal Information we collect into two categories: information you explicitly provide, and information that you casually provide.

On CarAlert's web sites, we may ask for specific Personal Information from you which will be solely used to provide the CarAlert service. We will only collect the Personal Information that you knowingly provide to us, and we will only do so when it helps us provide the CarAlert service.

In addition, as you browse our web site, we may automatically collect information about your time on our site and the content that you access whilst browsing it. Automatically collected information is analysed to improve our web sites, and includes, without limitation, details such as what pages you visited, how long you spent on each page, and how you found the CarAlert web site. This information can be used to answer such questions as “How do people find out about CarAlert's products and services?” and “What are the most popular pages on the CarAlert web site?”.
